Solvate the system with genbox was created by richor
Martini users:
I was doing the "Martini CG simulation of ubiquitin in water" in tutorial.
When Solvate the system with genbox, i come across the "use a larger van der Waals
distance when solvating to avoid clashes".
The default value is 0.105,then i try 0.2,it failed.
Who can help me?

In the tutorial part 1a: Bilayer system setup, the value of 0.21 is mentioned. That should generally work.
