Hi martini forum.

Im newbie using gromacs and martini force fields, but im doing my best along with your protocols and tutorials.

I have 1 question about how to create a merged between a membrane protein and a equilibrated membrane. Its supose to exist ¨g_membed¨ protocol to create a merged structure between not cg protein and membrane.

Exist other way to obtained this combination?, What do you believe, should i create a de novo structure following the cg martini tutorial or keep trying to merge my equilibrated membrane and my cg protein?.
