average and error estimate was created by tanvipar123
in the DPPC bilayer tutorial,there is a command
$ gmx analyze -n 3 -f area.xvg -ee -b 15000
it is said that -ee flag helps us find the error estimate and averages. Can someone elaborate on error estimate and averages in this case?
