histidine in the form of HSP was created by hind
Dear All,

Is histidine in the form of HSP (both nitrogens are protonated) available in martini CG? If not, could you please suggest how to get it?

So you mean both the nitrogen in the backbone and the nitrogen in the imidazole ring? If so, I'd say yes. Just check the Martini (2) protein papers: pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ct700324x and pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ct300646g .
