Hi All,
I was wondering if there is anyway or any script available to make a MARTINI topology for cyclic systems. For instance, DNA plasmids, cyclic peptides and so on.

As far as I know this is not available at the moment. But the changes to the final itp file should be simple enough to do by hand.
