How to build PE surfaces? was created by cvieira
Hello All,
I am trying to study protein-surface interactions using a Polyethylene surface. I am not quite sure how to do that. I have built lipid surfaces using the martini parameter files given in this website, however, my ultimate goal is not to study protein-lipid interactions. Does anyone know how I can go about an build Polyethylene surfaces using Martini and/or Gromacs?
I appreciate any help on this matter.

Building an atomic surface model might be a good start ... then you could design a few mapping of it to use it in Martini.
Did you look at other papers using surfaces in Martini? It might be a couple.
