Hello Everyone,

I am performing 12 us simulation of a lipid bilayer, I am going to study the lipid bilayer properties under different surface tension values. For each value, I am performing the individual simulation. I am starting from tension value 1000 bar nm. I just want to know that the following parameters I have used in .mdp file is correct or not?

Pcoupl = berendsen
Pcoupltype = surface-tension
tau_p = 12
compressibility = 3e-4 3e-4
ref_p = 1000.0 1.0
