Hello, everyone!

I've been doing simulations with the Martini Force Field and I would like to obtain structure factors for x-ray in these simulations. Since gmx saxs uses a database of coefficients for atoms, I guess I can't use that. Is there any tool or program with which I can calculate SAXS data with the Martini Beads?
