Leaflet identification and analysis

Wlison et al. introduce a collection of membrane analysis tools suitable for Martini, built upon the MDAnalysis package. The first and most fundamental is a method for identifying leaflets in a membrane based on spectral clustering (LeafletFinder). Once leaflets are identified, there are several leaflet-based analysis classes: the LipidEnrichment class for calculating the depletion-enrichment index of lipid groups, LipidFlipFlop class for calculating flip-flop, and the AreaPerLipid class for lateral area per lipid.
