segmentation fault error with Martini 3 but not Martini 2? was created by rjt
Hello, I am wondering if anyone here may have faced problems with parallelized runs using Martini 3. I keep getting a segmentation fault error,
[blg9253:128995:0:128995] Caught signal 11 (Segmentation fault: address not mapped to object at address 0x7fff1122f910)
I am able to start a normal (non-parallelized) simulation run with Martini 3 and everything works fine. Also, parallelized runs with Martini 2 work very well without problem.

The most likely explanation is that your simulation crashed. What kind of behaviour do you observe in your system when you minimize it? Does your simulation produce any output, and if yes, what do you see in it?
