dry_martini_v2.1_cholesterol.itp not found was created by Pazmino
I start the tutorial: lipids Advanced: Dry Martini and vesicles, and when I tried to execute the energy minimization it gave the error of "dry_martini_v2.1_cholesterol.itp" not found.

Could anyone tell me where I can download it from?… it is not under the dry_martini_v2.1beta_current_package.

You can use the topology from the regular cholesterol.
