DOPC bilayer was created by robrob2013
Dear All,
I am a newbie here, so pardon my newbie questions :p
I am currently using 128 DOPC bilayer and I would like to investigate if there are changes/effects in the area per lipid and bilayer thickness once the system is subjected from different temperatures.
Say, at 300K, the bilayer thickness is 5.3 nm
at 310K, the bilayer thickness is X.X nm
and etc.
Can anyone help me what do i need to change in the .mdp file?

To change the temperature you can change the temperature parameter in the mdp file: "ref_t". To get you started on these basics there are a few good tutorials around: there is the one on this website and even more basic Gromacs related things here:
