DD error in different way was created by dave
Hi,

Related to previous mail with protein-membrane: md.chem.rug.nl/cgmartini/index.php/forum...549-rdd-option-error

I get this error as well sometimes in CG simulations. I think again its related to DD option settings.


Software inconsistency error:
One or more interactions were multiple assigned in the domain decompostion
