Hello Sir,
My protein system is non-membranous having overall 2.000 charge. i did coarse grained dynamics using martini force field in version 4.5.4 of gromacs .
for Reverse transformation i download special gromacs version 3.3.1 from your site,
how i generate fg.top file ? will you please tell me what are those steps involve in generating fg.top file so i can use this file to run g_fg2cg tool.

You should go through the reverse transformation tutiorial first. This will help you a lot going through the step on your system.
