Backward with PUPC/PDPC (16:0/22:6) was created by CharlyE
Hello,
I'm trying to use Backward with PUPC/PDPC (16:0/22:6) but I cannot find the mapping files for charmm36.
I cannot find it neither via the lipidome webpage.
Could you please explain where/how I can find/generate the mapping files ?
I'm also wondering if SDPC (18:0/22:6) is differenciated from PUPC/PDPC (16:0/22:6) in Martini ?
Thank you very much
