Martinize with Martini 3 was created by ldibartolo
Hello!
I have to Martinize a .pdb protein. Will it work OK with the new Martini 3? I am asking because the script ( cgmartini.nl/index.php/tools2/proteins-a...layers/204-martinize ) was last updated in 2017.
Thanks!
Regards,
Ary Lautaro Di Bartolo

Hi,
Sure 2017 is not yesterday. I can imagine that refined versions have been edited, at least locally.
I have not used the latest version you mention but you could try and check if it runs fine and report any problem you find, if any.
Best,
XA

Hi Ary Lautaro Di Bartolo,
You should use martinize2. See here: cgmartini.nl/index.php/2021-martini-onli...asic-and-martinize-2 for a shiny new tutorial about martinizing proteins with Martini 3
