Doubt for ElNeDyn in martinize2 was created by ROY
Dear all,
I am a bit confused about using martinize2 for ElNeDyn modeling of a protein system. However, with martinize.py I can do it but in the generated CG file, the bead name is not consistent with the martini3 force field.
Looking forward to your help/suggestion.

The Supplementary info of the Martini 3 paper should contain how to generate protein models with martinize2 and martini 3.
Did you review and try to reproduce both of the above?
